3D2N 

Fly to Kuala Terengganu early in the morning on the Day 1, then take the ferry at 9am to Redang Island. 

OR

Drive 5 hours to reach a night earlier at Kuala Terengganu, then take the 9am ferry to Redang Island. 

OR 

Take a 12am midnight bus to reach TTDI Jetty at 7am, rest, then take the 9am ferry to Redang Island.

It’s inclusive in the hotel package. 

We will go into the island with the earliest ferry at 9.30am. 
It’s about 1 hour ride. 

The jetty is located at Taman Tamadun Islam, about 15 mins drive from KT. 

Since you are there, let’s slow down our pace and live comfortably there. Thus we’d suggest a 3D2N team building. Proposed itinerary is as follow:

Day 1: 

9.30am: Depart to Redang Island.

10.30am – 12pm: Arrival at the island. Safety briefing at the Arrival Hall. Welcome drink served. Resting and settling down  

12pm: Lunch

1pm – 5pm: Team building 

5pm – 7pm: Freshen up with a quick shower, then head to the soft-sand beach for a relaxing, shared experience — perfect for casual bonding, team reflection, and recharging together by the sea.

7pm: Reconnect over a beachfront dinner, recharge with mindful rest, and engage in star-gazing for reflection and inspiration — all set against the calming rhythm of the ocean

Day 2:

9am – 5pm: Team building activity as usual 

5pm – 7pm: Freshen up with a quick shower, then head to the soft-sand beach for a relaxing, shared experience — perfect for casual bonding, team reflection, and recharging together by the sea.

7pm: Reconnect over a beachfront dinner, recharge with mindful rest, and engage in star-gazing for reflection and inspiration — all set against the calming rhythm of the ocean

Day 3:

8am: breakfast, free own time to explore this beautiful island by yourself

11.45am: Depart back to TTI Jetty 

12.45pm: Arriving at the TTI jetty

1pm: Going for lunch

2pm: Going back home 🙂  

Basically the costing goes as follow: 

The basic training fee is RM10,500/50 pax/day. So if you have more than 50 pax and would like to conduct for more than 1 day, you just have to multiply the number of group (1 group = 50 pax) and number of days will do.

Eg: you have 200 pax for 2 days. So the training fee would be RM10,500 x 4 groups x 2 days = RM84,000

Basically it’s only 4 items:

1. Training fee: RM10,500 / 50 pax / day

2. Participant’s Traveling allowance (inclusive of stay, food and training room usage) : 

a) Less than 100 km = RM250 / pax / day

b) More than 100 km = RM500 / pax / day 

3. For bus, it has no limit and it’s claimed per quotation. 

4. Trainer’s Traveling Allowance (calculation is the same as No 2)
