9am – 10.30am: Team building in the training room 

10.30am – 10.45am: Morning tea break 

10.45am – 11.45am: Continue our team building

11.45am – 12.45pm: Lunch

12.45pm – 1pm:
a) For public cruise: taking bus to Precint 1 (for public cruise)
b) For private chartered cruise: you can go on board from Marina Putrajaya directly. 

1.15pm – 2pm: Cruising 

2pm – 2.10pm: Coming back to the training room to continue our team building 

2.10pm – 3.30pm: Team building in the training room 

3.30pm – 3.45pm: Afternoon tea break 

3.45pm – 5pm: Team building & dismiss 

It’s RM250/pax, inclusive of

• 2 tea breaks + 1 lunch in the training room
• training room usage from 9am – 5pm

Yes, it can be claimed as “traveling allowance”.

If your office is 
1. Less than 100 km from Marina Putrajaya, then you can claim RM250/pax/day from HRDC.

2. More than 100 km from Marina Putrajaya, you can claim RM500/pax/day from HRDC

So meaning you do not have to top up at all. 

1) Private chartered cruise

a) Duration: 1 hour

b) Schedule: You can choose your desired own timing 

c) Onboard: Marina Putrajaya

d) Min – Max pax: 100 – 120

e) Lunch at Marina Putrajaya, then only go onboard

2) Public cruise

a) Duration: 45 mins

b) Schedule: 1.15pm or 3.45pm. 

c) Onboard: Jetty Cruise Tasik Precinct 1 (with bus, it’s 10 mins away from Marina Putrajaya)

d) No minimum pax 

e) Lunch at Marina Putrajaya, then only go onboard

Basically the costing goes as follow: 

The basic training fee is RM10,500/50 pax/day. So if you have more than 50 pax and would like to conduct for more than 1 day, you just have to multiply the number of group (1 group = 50 pax) and number of days will do.

Eg: you have 200 pax for 2 days. So the training fee would be RM10,500 x 4 groups x 2 days = RM84,000 

Basically it’s only 4 items:

1. Training fee
2. Hotel (meaning your stay, food and meeting room usage) 
3. Transport 
4. Trainer’s traveling allowance
